Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, only in the case of damage, defect or shipping error.
The product must be unused, in the same condition as delivered, and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts.
Custom-made or bespoke furniture, clearance items, and sale/discounted items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective.
Minor natural variations in wood grain, marble, tone, or texture are not considered defects.
