 Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, only in the case of damage, defect or shipping error.

• The product must be unused, in the same condition as delivered, and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts.

• Custom-made or bespoke furniture, clearance items, and sale/discounted items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective.

• Minor natural variations in wood grain, marble, tone, or texture are not considered defects.

36 Months as per Warranty Policy

All Order are custom created on confirmation and Payment. Typical shipping time is 45 days from Receipt. In case of any changes customers will be Clearly Notified.

Upholstery

• Keep your upholstery away from direct sunlight to preserve its rich color and texture.

• Over time, gentle pilling or fabric impressions may occur — a soft brush easily restores the original feel.

• Spot clean using a soft, damp cloth; avoid soaking the fabric.

• Vacuum regularly with an upholstery attachment to maintain a fresh, dust-free surface.

• Fluff, rotate, and reposition cushions periodically to ensure even aging and comfort.

• Each Bottega9 piece is handcrafted from solid hardwood sourced from responsibly managed forests — natural variations in grain, tone, and pattern are a hallmark of its authenticity.

• Shield your furniture from direct sunlight to prevent fading and maintain its natural luster.

• Clean gently using a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or abrasives that may dull the surface.

• Wipe spills promptly to prevent staining, and always use coasters or mats under hot or cold items.

• Before using any cleaning product, test on a discreet area to ensure compatibility.

• Subtle tonal differences and marks are part of the wood’s living character — aging beautifully over time.
